Laziness is blogging about an event 2 weeks after it happened. Well I went Langkawi last week and I don't think anyone likes to have a vacation looking at phone/laptop all the time right? Anyway! 21st March was the day for Nuffang 8th birthday bash yo!
I ish happy I got invited cause so limited passes for this year OHMYGOSHHH!

It was one heck of the party even though I was literally a walking zombie-Audrey-Hepburn-wanna-be cause the registration started at 9am. Woke up at 6am to doll up this and that so... hi zombie steph. it'z so nizeee meetingz youzzz. Great event from the start to the end, from the top to the bottom and from A to Z~
Awesome pawsome! Overall, I really enjoyed the party! Kudos to Nuffnang Malaysia team for putting up such an awesome party! Waking up at 6am is tough but they probably woke up earlier than that to prepare the whole thing. I think everyone enjoyed the party! Thanks guys!
Birthday is an occasion where everyone celebrates the birth of a person, a company and even a country. This is the 8th birthday for Nuffnang. I remembered attending the 7th party as if it was just yesterday! So fast it has been a year! It has been a memorable year not only for Nuffnang but for me as well! Just a short year and gosh look at all the movie premieres, giveaways and contests! HAPPY BIRTHDAY NUFFNANG! I wish you many many more years to come!

Woke up looking all glamorous, of course I need to find a glamorous way to attend the party right? What's more glamorous than riding on Elie Lam's Car, Nigel? Yeap brought that girl along as my plus one but wtf she's so well established already I look like her plus one instead! Hahaha. But thanks for coming with me! So that I didn't have to be a 200% socially awkward penguin! Hahaha

Decorations that suit the theme definitely helped bring the party alive. Upon arriving, what greeted me was a sea of turquoise, black and white decorations which makes me feel kinda.. dull haha since I'm in an all black attire. But I heard all the decorations are laid down by the Nuffnang crew! Some are even hand made by them! Wow. Just WOW!

We entered Zouk's main room and everyone started mingling around, saying hi in the most high pitch bimbo tone. For more wallflower and anti-social kind (like muah) thankfully there's games and stuff to keep me entertained!
The organizer aims to let people know what exactly does Nuffang does through a series of Games. There's 3 stations: Sales, Talent&Comm and Ad Ops. You go through each stage identifying the blogger that's suitable for the product, how are they supposed to sell it and lastly how to place the Nuffnang banner on our blogs.

So fattening! But so much happiness! I think people mostly rushed to the ice cream station just to indulge in the sinfully milky and super creamy ice cream!
Imagine slowly slurping the ice cream with the whole 1960s Jam. What a day to realize that I actually enjoy 1960 music like what a wonderful world. I mean... that's like the song I put on loop sometimes when I am stressed out with work. I belong in that era! *laughs*
Ken Wooi and his sexy saxophone played the 1960s music. I was being a fan girl and recorded him playing what a wonderful world. sigh~~~ so dreamy! That's why I always said! Guys who can play instruments are extremely attractive!
L is for lucky draw! Lucky draw is like the most exciting moment in any occasion. I know very well I don't have any lucky draw luck but I still waited with anticipation. I mean hello! Free whisky and Swarovski jewellery pieces by Garden of Dazzles! I obviously didn't get anything but next year is another year!
Ah well.. At least I got some consolation dessert. Not sure if Nuffang is psychic or something but damn Macaroon is one of my favourite dessert ever! There's some from Milkcow but Foret Blanc made MOREEEE! Not just any macaroon but whisky infused alcohol. It's like okay.. normal normal normal and BOOM the last bite and all the whisky taste overpowers your mouth. Adult dessert yum yum

Check the agenda and spot there is speech by Nuffnang's co-founder Timothy Tiah for the cake cutting session! I sometimes wonder what does it feel like being so young and successful. Seeing a idea grow to something everyone wants to be a part of must be really proud. Their country manager, Rachel said something memorable...
People used to ask.. what is Nuffnang? Is that even English?
The fact that it has grew from a small company that no one knew about until now, a company with over 200 employees in different region in a short 8 years must be one hell of a roller coaster ride, I bet they must be proud Neccentric is what is what it is today!

They also revealed the Bloggerati program featuring the top notch bloggers like Fourfeetnine and Jane Chuck before the cake cutting session. Plus a very amusing short clip about how is the working environment in Nuffnang office. Kinda makes me regret turning down the job offer but ah well. Maybe some day I will be back!

Okay now back to more alcohol! Hello Strongbow! Honey flavoured Strongbow was circulated around. My advice? Drink it before having any dessert because you totally can't taste the honey if you ate dessert first because the honey in Strongbow wasn't too strong.
Waited so long to get to 'T' but yay I'm finally here to share the Theme! Breakfast with Tiffany! The iconic movie starring the classical Audrey Hepburn! I think overall yea it does feel very 1960s . Look at the best dressed people! 1960s right?! The Unbelievable amount of effort they put in to make it fit the theme. It's crazy!

Veteran bloggers KampungBoyCityGal and Kasihaleeya shared what is it about being a blogger and how did they get to where they are now. I wish I can say I learnt a lot from them but nah.. I mostly just admired how far these people got with just their love and enthusiasm for blogging! Damn speaking of power couple.. So envious of Kampung Boy and City Gal for sharing the same passion and going out there doing what they like *can I get that too?*

What an Xtraordinary (I know this is like taking the shortcut but erm... not a lot of words start with X haha) event with triple alcohol going around. Not one sponsor was being kiam siap (read: stingy) with their alcohol so it was literally free flow all day long! More than what we can drink or maybe it's too early to drink lol.
I also met Yen, or better known as Babysumo! I met her on Dayre and she's really the nicest person ever! She and her husband is so lovely together! I think I owe her a thank you cause she helped me nudge the Nuffnang team that I really wanted to go. Haha. I was totally embarrassed cause like everyone saw the comments wtf but erm.. I got to go at least? lol! Glad to know her husband came for the whisky too. Lol

Been working my ass off and been neglecting my skin! Came back from Langkawi and my skin got even more dull than before. I think my skin deserves a break and get some pampering R&R! Even a workaholic deserves a break. Maybe then.. I can finally have smoother skin than my own boyfriend (I know right) pfft~
