Before I start, let's play a little game. If someone were to ask you: hey, let's eat in Sunway! I heard there's this really famous steamboat shop. What pops up in your mind?
Yuen Steamboat Restaurant? YOU BETCHA!
Some of you may have guessed other steamboat restaurants around the area but Yuen is my pick! Personally, I've been to Yuen quite a number of times and I'm really happy with the buffet steamboat idea!
Recently, the restaurant relocated to Kelana Square, behind Paradigm Mall! It's a bit hard to find if you have never been to this area before but that's why most of us have smartphones!

You would have to pay RM2 parking fee but there's always parking space here! Yay!
I was lucky enough to get invited to the grand opening. Who can say no to an all you can eat buffet right? Time to undo all my efforts in the gym and eat my heart out! So I reached about 8pm and as expected from Yuen, it's almost full house even though they expanded to 4 shop lots. Good thing we have a reserved table.

Spacious and a more edgy design for the new location.
Since it's buffet style, there is a designated corner with all the raw ingredients. Their mode of business is still the same. Take a plate and LET THE FEAST BEGIN!

Only fresh stuff will be served please! So so satisfied! Wide variety of food, spacious new restaurant and guaranteed freshness! All this for RM29.50!

Don't forget the crazy popular honey chicken wings! I pity the staff who carries the tray out, only to get 'attacked' by a hungry mob of Malaysians. There is barely enough time for the staff to put the tray down before it is all snapped up. What more take pictures of the chicken wings in the tray!
So you will have to make do with my small plate of honey chicken wings
Every time I come here I'll ransack the otak-otak fishballs too. One of the best!

you take a bit and taste the otak-otak inside!
And the spicy tom yam soup is soooo appetizing~

I love the cookie and cream flavor! The chocolate is constantly replenished due to popular demand.

The good thing about buffet steamboat is that you have to walk to get food so you burn a little fat while you're at it. Afterwards you get to eat more! Source: Me, 2014.
